Due to developments in the cryptocurrencies and stablecoins regulations, Tokenize Xchange has re-evaluated the way we support stablecoins. This is in alignment with the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulatory requirements for Digital Payment Services Act.
In order to prepare for this change, please read the following for more information :
1. Will USDT/USDC/DAI still be supported?
Yes, Tokenize Xchange will continue to support USDT, USDC and DAI. However, do note that pairings with such coins will be delisted from 20 August 2021.
2. Can I still buy or sell USDT/USDC/DAI?
From 20 August 2021, all pairings with USDT/USDC/DAI will be delisted. This means that you will not be able to buy and sell USDT, USDC and DAI on our platform.
3. What will happen to my existing USDT/USDC/DAI ?
Not to worry, your USDT/USDC/DAI wallet will remain unchanged. You will still be able to deposit and withdraw your Stablecoins as per normal.
4. Will I still be able to stake USDT/USDC/DAI under Crypto Earn?
Yes, our Crypto Earn functions will not be affected. You may continue to stake USDT/USDC/DAI under Crypto Earn. Please refer here for more information on Crypto Earn.
5. How do I get more USDT/USDC/DAI if I cannot buy and sell?
As our USDT/USDC/DAI pairings have been delisted, you will not be able to buy and sell these Stablecoins.
However, you may choose to swap your US Dollars (USD) into Stablecoins such as USDT, USDC and DAI. Please refer here for more information.
6. Can I still deposit USDT/USDC/DAI into Tokenize Xchange?
Yes, you can. You may deposit USDT/USDC/DAI coins or you may choose to convert them into fiat USD as well.
In order to deposit USDT/USDC/DAI into Tokenize Xchange, select the respective wallets for the coins accordingly. Please refer here for an informative guide on using our digital wallets.

7. How do I deposit USD into Tokenize Xchange?

8. How can I withdraw my USDT/USDC/DAI to other wallets?
You may withdraw USDT/USDC/DAI coins or you may choose to convert your fiat USD into USDT/USDC/DAI as well.

Hi, I tried to test the deposit process. After filling card details etc., I was unable to complete teh process, because the there is no Singapore in the drop down list of countries for selection. My card is a Singapore card. Thanks 安定regards，HB
